The 2009 Nebraska Book Festival will be held in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, at the Nebraska State Historical Society Museum of Nebraska History on November 14, 2009. The Nebraska Book Festival is free and open to the public with no pre-registration required except for the festival luncheon. The festival includes an address by a keynote speaker, panel discussions, writing workshops, roundtable discussions, poetry and prose readings, book sales, and other events for both readers and writers.



Nebraskans Invited to Nominate Books for the 2009 Book Awards

The 2009 Nebraska Book Awards program, sponsored by the Nebraska Center for the Book (NCB), will recognize and honor books that are written by Nebraska authors, published by Nebraska publishers, set in Nebraska, or relate to Nebraska.
